Of course! Love is Love, and we love all of our couples!

We can cater for up to 110 guests for traditional dining. Choose from Fine Dining, Tuscan Share Platters or Buffet Style menus.

For a Cocktail Style wedding, we can host up to 150 guests. Choose from the Grazing Canapés menu or our new Food Stations menu.

The reception and ceremony areas at Gum Gully Farm are wheelchair accessible, so you can have peace of mind that your loved ones can be there with you.

There is no additional venue hire charge. It is included in our price per head fee.

Yes. Your 5 hour reception time starts immediately following your ceremony hour. If your ceremony starts at 4.00pm, your reception time would run from 5.00pm onwards, finishing at 10.00pm. Therefore, an additional hour would incur a fee.

Food & Drinks

Gum Gully Farm is BYO licensed which allows you to purchase your own drinks, deliver them to us, and we will take care of the rest!! We provide glassware and bar staff for your event. We also provide ice to keep your drinks nice and cold!

This covers beer, wine, pre-mix spirits and soft drinks.

You drop everything off at Gum Gully Farm the day before your wedding. If we don’t have a function that day, we allow you 3 hours access to set up your tables. Usually between 10.00am to 1.00pm.

Yes. We do need to know this when we finalise your payment as you will be charged an additional bar staff member fee for the duration of the wedding.

Payments

We finalise everything two weeks prior to the wedding, and that is when you will be sent your final invoice, which is due and payable at least 7 days prior to your wedding day.

No. We don’t have an EFTPOS facility. Our preferred method is payment via direct bank transfer.

Yes. You are welcome to pay instalments which will be deducted off the final invoice.

Animals/Pets

Yes. You are welcome to bring your dog to your ceremony, however it must remain on a lead at all times and it must be collected by someone after the ceremony concludes or before the reception begins.

Decorations

We provide some flowers around the venue itself, but the table decorations, ceremony area of your choice and reception floral art is entirely up to you.

We will gladly set up your decorations for you on the day. If you have an extensive amount of decoration, we may ask for you to send somebody to assist us.

Suppliers

No. They will sit together on our verandah to eat. If a supplier is also a guest attending your wedding, they will need to be included in your final numbers and seated inside.
